About us - Everything in my shop is handmade by me. I offer a wide variety of products including plushies, household items and more! You can see sneaks of items dropping, giveaways, sales and more by joining my private Facebook group, GreyLillieCo💜🦇.

 

Policies - 

I don't accept refunds, returns or cancelations. Refunds and returns may be granted on a case by case basis if there is an issue/defect caused by me with the product received. If there is an issue with your product you must reach out within 24 hours of tracking showing the item delivered. Any issue outside that timeframe is void. 

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping carriers. I am not responsible for shipping delays once orders are dropped off at the post office. In order for a claim to be filed, you will need to have purchased route shipping insurance at the time of checkout on the order in question.

The processing time (TAT) for all items in my shop vary. Be sure to check the description of each listing to understand what that products processing time is. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If you purchase items with different processing times, the TAT used for the whole order will be the longest processing time out of all items purchased in the same order.

If your order is returned back to me by the postal service, I require the shipping cost to be paid by the customer before I ship the order out again.

 Due to the differences in screens, product colors may vary slightly.

Do not leave babies/small children unattended with any items containing safety eyes or glued on extras.

 Bat plushie pattern: beezeeart. As all products I create with these features are securely and safely made, the risk of a clip, button or safety eyes coming undone is possible due to wear and tear.

I do not allow the reselling of my products for the benefit of a customers business. You can not purchase products on sale (or not)  here for the sole purpose of reselling in your own business for profit. I do not offer wholesale to businesses (if I do it is limited to shops I trust that have permission) so please do not sell my products in yours.
